We went from a classification of the fundamental physical capacities in which the aerobic capacity (resistance) was the nucleus from which we could build all the other capacities to a new concept in which the physical capacity is the strength that allows us to develop all the others or, at least, the capacity that has the greatest interaction with all the others.

Resistance: production of certain levels of force for prolonged periods of time

Power: production of the maximum amount of force per unit of time.

Functional ROM: is the maximum range of motion of a joint in which we can apply force values ​​considered as functional for a specific person and situation. These force values ​​must be decided in each case and are not transferable to other people or populations.
